Having completed the Masters degree in International Politics at University of London Win became the first China-born British diplomat working for the Department of International Trade and Foreign Commonwealth Development Office. Qin’s passion for a closer cultural and educational tie between China and the UK was deepened during her time working as a Commercial Consul in China. Qin is now devoting her energy and resources to empowering students and bringing the best of British education to China.  

Sarah graduated form the University of Oxford with a first in history and started her teaching career at Wycombe Abbey. Her previous appointments include Head of Kingston Grammar School and Head of City of London School

Sara started her career as a journalist with Thomson Reuters in London. She then worked for Bloomberg, Citibank and Bain and Company in Hong Kong. Prior to joining SPGS, Sara was part of the founding team at Wycombe Abbey Changzhou and Wycombe Abbey Hong Kong. Sara holds a BA in Mandarin from Durham University and an MBA from INSEAD in France.

Tim has a background in finance and worked in Hong Kong for Orient Overseas International. Tim is now pursuing his interests in farming, construction and biomass. Tim holds an MBA from the University of Cranfield and a B.Sc. (Hons) in Chemical Engineering from the University of Edinburgh.

Sarah Teasdale is the Bursar at St Paul’s Girls’ School London and responsible for the management of all financial and commercial aspects of leading the day school in London. Before joining SPGS London, Sarah was Bursar at the renowned day and boarding school Epsom College. She holds a Bachelors in Architecture.

Having taught at St Paul’s Girls’ School, Helen became the Head of Bute House Preparatory School from 2012 to 2021, the most successful academic prep school in London. Helen’s educational philosophy focuses on growth mindset to enable the students to “run their own race” and strive to be the very best they can be in every way. Helen is a Reporting Inspector for the Independent Schools’ Inspectorate, a governor at four London schools a trainer for the Independent Association of Preparatory Schools and a an Emeritus Member of the Girls’ School Association.

Chris Davis has worked in independent education for 20 years. He was a Housemaster for ten years at Eton College, where he taught English before going on to become Headmaster of Sherborne School. He has extensive experience of school admissions, of guiding and supporting students through their school careers of placing students at universities in the UK and abroad. He is currently Head of the Chairman of the School Board Education Committee at St Paul’s Girls School International.
